China Martini

I chose to start with this one to which I have a special affection.

It was never missing from my grandfather's pantry when I visited him in hot summers at the seaside.

I often find myself undecided when faced with a wide choice of AMARI: do I go for the most aromatic one? Sugary? Do I choose according to the season?

China Martini is a choice I never go wrong on. Perfect bittersweet combination with citrus (orange) notes, followed by aromatic floral and balsamic essences that make it a perfect invigorating drink.

Amber-brown in color, it was born between 1700 and 1800 as a medicine in the fight against malaria thanks to the pharmaceutical characteristics of the bark of the cinchona calisaia (cinchona calisaya), a plant native to South America from which this Amaro takes its name.

Traditionally served at room temperature with lemon zest, but you can also enjoy it cold with plenty of ice!

🌡Alcohol by Volume: 25% vol.
